Welcome to Sensei’s Insights. By subscribing to, accessing, or using this newsletter and its related content and communities (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. 🔒 Educational Purpose Only — No Financial Advice

Sensei’s Insights is a general-audience publication providing news, market commentary, analysis, and education about financial markets and digital assets. The content provided — newsletters, Deep Dives, charts, cheat sheets, livestreams, Discord posts, and community content — is for informational and educational purposes only, is prepared for a general readership, and is not directed at your personal circumstances.

I am not a licensed financial advisor. I am not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other regulator, and nothing in this newsletter constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, or a personal recommendation or inducement to buy, sell, or hold any asset. No adviser-client or fiduciary relationship is created by your subscription. I do not know your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance, and I do not provide one-to-one investment advice through any channel, including email and Discord.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always conduct your own research (DYOR) and consult with a licensed financial adviser before making financial decisions.

2. ⚠️ Risk Warning

Investing carries risk. The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may lose some or all of the money you invest. Cryptoassets are especially high-risk and volatile, and are largely unprotected in the UK: if things go wrong, you are unlikely to have recourse to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme or the Financial Ombudsman Service. Past performance — including any model portfolio, challenge, or historical commentary published in the Service — is not a reliable indicator of future results. References to price levels, scenarios, or outlooks are illustrations of possible outcomes, not predictions or recommendations.

3. Positions Disclosure

I may hold positions in assets discussed in the Service (including XRP and other cryptoassets). Material positions are disclosed where relevant. Commentary is my honest opinion at the time of writing and may change without notice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Premium subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually through Substack. All payments are handled by Substack and Stripe, not by me directly — I never see or store your card details.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel anytime in your Substack account settings; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues to the end of the paid period.

• Prices may change. Existing subscribers will be given reasonable notice by email before a price change takes effect at their next renewal.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

14-day cooling-off (UK/EU consumers). You normally have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. By subscribing, you expressly request immediate access to the paid digital content and acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose the 14-day right to cancel and be refunded.

Otherwise, no refunds are provided after payment is processed, including part-used periods after cancellation, except where a refund is required by law or I choose to give one as a goodwill gesture. You may cancel anytime to avoid future billing. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact me at sensei-merch@outlook.com before raising a dispute with your bank — genuine errors are refunded promptly.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

6. Intellectual Property & Use

All content, including text, charts, videos, images, code, indicators, and research, is my intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

You may: use content for personal learning, research, and inspiration, and share brief quotes with attribution and a link.

You may not: reproduce, redistribute, resell, or republish any content without written permission; share subscriber-only content publicly or with non-subscribers; use content to train AI systems or build competing products; or remove attribution.

7. Community Access

If you comment or participate in any community spaces (comments, Discord, or others), you agree to:

• Be respectful, constructive, and lawful

• Not post spam, harassment, or illegal content

• Not present your own posts as investment advice to other members

• Accept that comments may be moderated or removed, and access suspended, at my discretion

Community spaces run on third-party platforms (e.g. Discord, YouTube) under their own terms, which also apply to you.

8. Third-Party Content and Links

The Service links to third-party sources, tools, and platforms. I do not control and am not responsible for third-party content, products, or services, and a link is not an endorsement.

9. Changes, Interruptions & Termination

I reserve the right to:

• Modify, pause, or discontinue the newsletter or any part of it at any time, without notice

• Change posting frequency or switch platform if needed

• Cancel or suspend your subscription if these Terms are violated (including redistributing paid content) or misuse is detected, without refund for the current period where the breach is serious

If a change materially reduces what paid subscribers receive, I will give reasonable notice and you may cancel before your next renewal.

10. Legal Limits — Accuracy and Liability

I take reasonable care in researching and preparing content, but the Service is a publication, not a professional advisory service. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• I make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or reliability of any content provided. Content is provided “as is”.

• The information shared may be speculative, outdated, or incorrect, and is subject to change without notice. Markets move; content is not updated in real time.

• Do not make trading or investment decisions solely based on this content. It is not intended as financial advice and should not be relied upon as such.

• I am not liable for any loss or damage — financial, emotional, or otherwise — that may result from your use of the Service or its content, including any trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or other losses arising from decisions you make in reliance on the Service.

• Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

• My total liability to you arising out of the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the subscription fees you paid me in that period.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing overrides your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a service performed with reasonable care and skill. (This sentence is what keeps the rest of this section enforceable — do not delete it.)

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice at least 14 days before they take effect, and apply from the effective date. If you do not accept a change, cancel before your next renewal; continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales — except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country.

13. Age Requirement

The Service is intended for adults. You must be 18 or older to subscribe.
